Graduation is a special time of year - time to celebrate one’s accomplishments and perseverance in the pursuit of greatness. This young lady is soon to be completing 21 years of school - and she is only 24! What started as a little girl entering preschool as a shy and timid child progressed into her being asked to be a mentor student before she even entered kindergarten. Through many transitions, moves and school changes Cecelia always rose to the top receiving awards and scholarships for her talent and academic excellence. Completing her Bachelor degree at Lee University and now her Master degree at Indiana University are only a few accolades to a stellar academic career.
When it came time for documenting this milestone, I did not hesitate to hop in the car and travel 8 hours to be there. I don’t think that her quest for knowledge and betterment will ever be over and I look forward to seeing Ph.D. behind her name some day. IU is one of the most beautiful campuses and I was excited to explore every option for pictures.
