8 Tips to Perfect Skin for Your Senior Session

1. Hydrate: Drinking plenty of water can help keep your skin hydrated and looking healthy. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day.

2. Moisturize: Use a moisturizer that works for your skin type to keep your skin hydrated and soft. Make sure to apply it daily, especially after showering or washing your face.

3. Exfoliate: Exfoliating once or twice a week can help remove dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. This can help give your skin a smoother, brighter appearance.

4. Sun Protection: Protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun by wearing sunscreen with a high SPF. Reapply every 2 hours, especially if you are outside for an extended period.

5. Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night to help your skin look refreshed and rejuvenated.

6. Avoid Stress: I know. This is a difficult one when you are trying to navigate high school. But, stress can have negative effects on your skin. Practice stress-reducing activities like yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises.

7. Avoid new skincare products: Avoid trying new skincare products a week before your senior photography shoot. You don't want to risk any allergic reactions or skin irritation.

8. Remove Makeup: Always remove your makeup before going to bed to avoid clogged pores and breakouts.

These tips apply to girls and guys alike! By following this skincare advice, you can help ensure that your skin looks its best for your senior photography shoot.
